1. Disclosure Policy

This blog is a personal blog written and edited by me, Robert Reiser. For any questions about this blog, please contact me.

I do not accept any form of advertising, sponsorship, or paid insertions. I write for my own purposes. However, I am likely influenced by my background, occupation, religion, political affiliation and experience.

I will never receive compensation in any way from this blog.

Furthermore, I am not compensated to provide opinion on products, services, websites and various other topics. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely my own views and opinions. As a consequence, I will only endorse products or services that I believe – based on my experience or expertise – are worthy of such endorsement. You should verify any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service with the manufacturer or provider.

This blog does not contain any content which might present a conflict of interest.

2. Comment Policy

I love comments and appreciate the time you spend to share ideas and provide feedback. Comments are welcome and encouraged – supportive, critical or otherwise.

Comments should be as useful as possible to all readers. Therefore, I do not censor or delete comments unless they contain any of the following:

  • Off-topic or non-relevant statements or links
  • Vulgarity, profanity, personal attacks, harassment or abusive content
  • Spam or otherwise solely promotional content
  • Any form of copyright violation
  • Comments in any other language than English
  • Personal details like mail addresses, phone numbers or email addresses

Since I personally review every comment before it gets published, your comment will not be visible immediately. But if you don’t see your comment within approximately 24 hours, feel free to contact me. I reserve the right to edit or delete comments at any time without notice.

Please follow the comment policy rules, and help me to keep this blog a safe and constructive place for discussions.

Unlike with most other WordPress based sites, your IP address is not recorded when you leave a comment. This specific feature of the WordPress commenting system has been disabled on this site in an effort to minimize the collection of personally identifiable information.

If you choose to get notified when your comment gets approved, an entry containing a reference to your comment is saved to the WordPress database. Immediately after the notification was sent, the database entry is deleted.

I have no plans to use your information for the generation of email distribution lists, nor will I share, rent or sell your information to others. For any questions regarding the usage of personally-identifiable information on this site, please contact me.

3.3. Social Sharing Buttons

This site displays social sharing buttons below every post, to allow convenient sharing of the content. In contrast to many other sites, the social sharing buttons used on this site do not track the visitor. The buttons are implemented as pure HTML links and do not use any JavaScript. For any questions regarding the social sharing buttons on this site, please contact me.

I feel honored when people like my pictures. For me as someone who does not earn his money with photography this is a huge compliment and a reward for the time I invest. I trust you as a visitor to this site to not abuse the content presented here – meaning you understand that any form of use or redistribution of my work without my prior agreement represents a violation of my copyright.

If you are interested in obtaining the usage rights for one or more of my pictures, please contact me.

Thank you for respecting my rights and playing fair.
